The HeForShe Campaign

UN Women’s HeForShe campaign launched in 2013, and since then has had over 3 million commitments worldwide.

It’s led to global change from creating gender balance on boards, to outlawing child marriage in Malawi.

Now, we’re scaling that change with communities all over the world. We’re moving beyond pledges from male leaders, to giving men and boys everywhere the tools to achieve amazing things for gender equality as parents, leaders, and citizens.

This starts with making our public spaces safer for all. We’ve got a bystander videogame, an AR popup coming up which you can take part in, and conversation guides to help you create change.
